Bill met Joanne in 1953 and they were married on June 2, 1956. Bill served in the United States Army 82nd Airborne during the Korean Conflict. Bill was a kind, honest man who will always be remembered for his love and dedication to family.

He is survived by three sons, David Kelly and his wife Donna of Lowell, Kevin Kelly and his wife Sheryl of Framingham, and Phillip Kelly and his wife Mai of Methuen.
